Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds: You can cancel anytime. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once charged. Stripe processes subscription billing.

Launch Credit Refunds: Unused launch credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

Build Failures: If a build fails due to verified platform error, the credit is restored. Reports must be submitted within 7 days.

Envato Purchases: FlutterPub does not process Envato marketplace refunds. Contact Envato support directly for marketplace transactions.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed in 5-10 business days.
