Service Description
FlutterPub provides an automated white-label Flutter app platform. Customers purchase CodeCanyon templates, verify purchase codes through Envato APIs, customize branding via the setup wizard, and run automated builds through Codemagic.
Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and maintain account security. Authentication is powered by Firebase Auth.
Subscription Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and auto-renew unless canceled. Current plan references: Starter ($29/month, 1 launch credit), Pro ($99/month, 5 launch credits), Enterprise (custom pricing).
Launch Credits
Each launch credit covers one white-label app build. Unused credits do not roll over to a subsequent billing cycle unless stated in writing.
Purchase Code Requirements
You must own valid Envato/CodeCanyon purchase codes. FlutterPub verifies code validity but does not transfer or grant template licenses.
Intellectual Property
Template licenses remain governed by Envato terms. FlutterPub platform source code, tools, and workflows remain proprietary. User branding assets and project metadata remain the user’s property.
White-Label Deliverables
Build outputs are delivered as Codemagic artifacts. Target SLA for automated builds is typically 24-48 hours. FlutterPub does not guarantee App Store or Google Play approval outcomes.
Prohibited Uses
You may not reverse engineer FlutterPub services, resell platform access, scrape data with automated bots, or violate Envato licensing rules.
Privacy
Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided as is without warranties. FlutterPub is not liable for template defects, store rejections, or outages from third-party providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate service access. Following termination, user data is retained for 30 days and then deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable customer contract jurisdiction.
